Our operations meet or exceed the legal requirements of every Australian state and territory. We maintain consistent safety standards for clients with multi-state operations, ensuring a seamless governance framework that supports risk mitigation and operational excellence.

Dedicated In-House Oversight
WHS governance is led by our in-house OHS Manager, who oversees risk management, staff training, incident response, and compliance across all service locations. This includes scheduled audits, hazard identification programs, and regular reviews to maintain alignment with regulatory updates.

Integrated Safety Culture
Safety is a core part of our service delivery model, embedded into onboarding, daily operations, and performance reviews. From our concierge and workplace teams to our advisory and WorkHub staff, every team member is trained and accountable for upholding a safe workplace.

Governance and Transparency
All safety policies, procedures and reports are stored centrally in our FC Hub and updated regularly. Clients can request documentation to support due diligence, tender responses or internal compliance processes. We operate with full transparency and maintain complete records of training, inspections and incident logs.

Our WHS approach supports employee wellbeing, workplace satisfaction, and environmental and social governance goals. Through safe design, preventative health practices and mental wellbeing programs, we align our operations with both client expectations and regulatory obligations.
